This Cancellation and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) is issued by Hype Origin (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and governs the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be granted to clients (“Client” or “you”) in connection with the services provided by the Company. By engaging our services, you agree to this Policy in its entirety. Please review the terms carefully.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Website Development Services

1.1.1)  Full refunds are available for cancellations made before any work begins.

1.1.2)  A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made after the initial design phase but before the development phase has commenced.

1.1.3)  No refunds will be granted once the development phase has started or after project completion and delivery.

1.2 SEO and Social Media Marketing Services

1.2.1)  As SEO and social media marketing services are ongoing processes influenced by external factors, no refunds will be issued once the services have commenced.

1.2.2)  If the Client is dissatisfied with the services, the Company will work to adjust or modify the strategy or deliverables as needed; however, no refunds will be provided.

1.3 Cold Calling Services

1.3.1)  For monthly cold calling services, the Client may request a refund within seven (7) days from the start of the service period if no qualified leads or results have been generated.

1.3.2)  No refunds will be issued after the seven (7) day period for that month’s service.

2. Return Policy

2.1)  As all services provided by the Company are digital and customized to meet the specific business needs of the Client, no returns or exchanges shall be offered once services have been delivered or work has commenced.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 General Cancellation Terms

3.1.1)  The Client may cancel any ongoing project or service by providing written notice to the Company at least fourteen (14) days before the next billing cycle.

3.1.2)  Cancellations requested less than fourteen (14) days before the billing date will take effect in the following billing cycle, with no refunds for the current cycle.

3.2 SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Cold Calling Services

3.2.1)  The Client may cancel SEO, social media marketing, and cold calling services at any time, subject to the terms outlined in Section 3.1.

3.2.2)  No refunds will be provided for services already rendered by the date of cancellation.

4. Exceptions and Remedies

4.1)  In exceptional cases where the Company fails to meet agreed project deadlines or deliverables due solely to its fault, the Company may offer partial refunds or credits at its sole discretion.

4.2)  Any exceptions to this Policy must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both the Company and the Client and may be subject to additional terms.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1)  Should a dispute arise regarding the issuance of refunds or the quality of services rendered, the Client agrees to notify the Company in writing and engage in good faith efforts to resolve the matter before pursuing any legal action.

5.2)  Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
